If you’ve lived through trauma—whether a single event or a lifetime of relational harm—you know it doesn't just live in your mind. Trauma lives in your body, your nervous system, and your relationships. You might feel stuck in patterns you can’t explain, shut down when you want to be close to others, or constantly on edge, like the world isn’t safe.

I offer trauma therapy that helps heal at the root—not just through talking, but by working with the body, emotions, and the relational patterns shaped by trauma.

How I Can Help You

I draw on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—a well-researched, evidence-based therapy for trauma. EMDR helps reprocess traumatic memories, so they no longer hold power over your daily life. We use bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to help your brain and body release and integrate painful experiences, often reducing symptoms like anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional overwhelm.

For those carrying developmental trauma, early attachment wounds, or complex PTSD, I also work relationally and somatically. This means healing through the therapy relationship itself—practicing trust, safety, and connection in real time. Together, we’ll slow down and listen to your body, working gently with the places that hold fear, grief, or numbness. We’ll explore how your early relationships may have shaped your current struggles, and create new experiences of safety and care that support deep healing.
