Individual Therapy

Who I Work With

Many of my clients are great at appearing to have it all together on the surface. You have a great job, maybe a family or lots of acquaintances . But underneath that mask of doing great there is a lot of pain, loneliness and struggle to feel truly content. I work with people who are . . .

  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.

  • Struggling in their relationships to themselves and others and want to feel more connected.

  • Navigating complex trauma, developmental and attachment wounds.

  • Feeling disconnected from their bodies or struggling to trust themselves.

  • Want to explore sex, intimacy, and relationships in a safe, open space.

  • Going through major life transitions.

  • Who want to feel more joy and pleasure in their lives.

If you’re looking for a therapist who’s not afraid to find a safe way to talk about the hard stuff — I’d love to work with you.

How I Work

My approach is deeply relational and somatic, which means I’m paying attention not only to what you’re saying, but also to what’s happening in your body, your nervous system, and how you’re feeling in the moment.
We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, focusing on building trust and helping your body learn what safety feels like—sometimes for the first time.

I’ll help you notice the patterns that keep you stuck, both in your relationships and within yourself, and gently explore where those patterns come from.

Together, we’ll work to create new experiences of connection, care, and boundaries that support real healing—not just insight.

I welcome all clients, in all bodies, and from all backgrounds. I am very welcoming and inclusive of folks of all sexual and gender identities. I work with folks in all different kinds of relationship structures.

I am sex worker friendly and particularly enjoy supporting folks through the unique complexities that come from working in this profession.

No matter what different identities you hold, visible or invisible we will never share all the same life experiences in this world. I will do my best to not make assumptions and learn to know you for who you are. If there are aspects of your identity that I do not understand I will be honest about that and we can decide together if you are still comfortable working with me, or if you would like me to support you in finding a therapist who will be a better fit.
