"In a society that profits from your self-doubt, liking yourself is a rebellious act."

~ Caroline Caldwell, Artist

You might be afraid therapy is not for you. Will a therapist “get you”? Can you bring ALL of yourself into therapy, and not be judged or put in in a box? There are messy parts of your life and the idea of talking with a stranger about them might be a little terrifying.

I specialize in working with folks who feel this way. I welcome all the things about you and your experiences that make you unique and brought you to where you are today. There are some parts you may be immensely proud of, and other things you may spend a lot of energy trying to hide. I welcome all of you here.  I will work with you to support your innate wisdom and wholeness.

You are likely coming into therapy because you are in pain or experiencing a longing for things to be different. You may be having difficulty accessing the vulnerable parts of yourself.

If you feel as though there are aspects of your life that are at odds with each other, if you struggle to know what needs to shift, then you are in the right place to begin therapy.

I welcome all clients, in all bodies, and from all backgrounds. If there are aspects of your identity that I do not understand I will be honest about that and we can decide together if you are still comfortable working with me, or if you would like me to support you in finding a therapist who will be a better fit. I am LGBTQI affirming. I am sex worker friendly.
